Anthony Stamper is a real estate and property management professional with over 30 years of experience in operations, leadership, and asset management. Since joining Evernest in 2021, he has assumed increasing leadership responsibility based on performance and impact, currently overseeing operations across four markets: Ridgeland, Mississippi; Memphis, Tennessee; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Anthony is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and brings hands-on investment experience, including ownership of a small residential portfolio, multiple personal property renovations, and involvement in hundreds of property turns. He offers deep expertise in investment property management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and process improvement. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying involved in their activities.

Dijana Pajic is a seasoned leader in the property management industry, currently serving as a Regional Director of Operations at Evernest. She began her property management career in 2015 and has held multiple leadership positions across both single-family and multifamily property management organizations before joining the team at Evernest.

Dijana leverages her extensive operational background and cross-asset-class experience to deliver high-quality, results-driven outcomes for both property owners and residents. When the sun sets on another long day of handling business, she is surrounded by her loving crew of rescued Rottweilers and is a dedicated advocate for animals in need.
